Abstract

Enzyme assays for aryl hydrocarbon mono-oxygenase (AHM) activity were tested on two human B-lymphocyte cell lines, RPMI-1788 and BF. Comparisons were made with previous studies of AHM activity utilizing the RPMI-1788 cell line. The results did not support the previous studies. AHM activity was demonstrated in the BF cell line.
