Abstract
My honor's thesis consists of a business plan for a small cafe in the North Valley of Helena, Montana. The cafe will be called Back Cast Cafe and will seat 50 people. The owners of the cafe have a strong passion for living healthy active lives. They are avid outdoorsmen that love to fly fish. The cafe will have a strong fly fishing theme and a menu full of healthy eating options. Additionally, the menu consists of all home cooked meals. Supplies will be bought from local vendors, and everything will be prepared in house.
