Abstract
Using the DMAIC methodology, Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control our project partners with the Saints Shoppe Book Store to improve faculty compliance of the textbook adoption processes. We first define the issues, such as late submissions and unclear procedures. Then we measure current performance and analyze root causes of delays. Next, we implement improvements like clearer deadlines and standardized communication. Finally, we establish controls to monitor compliance and ensure the process remains efficient over time.
