Abstract
For my research project, I chose 6 professional counselors in the Helena area and performed interviews where I asked them 10 semi-structured questions that would help me answer the research question of “how does counseling modality impact sense of self?” In this project, modality refers to in-person or online. I utilized the qualitative interviewing process and have received IRB approval for this project.
