Abstract
Using the D-M-A-I-C six sigma methodology of Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control, our project is working with the Carroll College Finance Department to optimize credit card processes. The various issues concerning the credit card process have caused the finance department to struggle to maintain an effective process. Our goals are to make the process more efficient, more accurate, less manual, and easier overall.
