Abstract
We are working with Northwestern Energy using the D-M-A-I-C Six Sigma methodology of Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control to streamline the effectiveness of this process. And maximize the number of people that they can reach with this money. Our project is working with Northwestern Energy to optimize the processes associated with how they distribute grants and sponsorships to surrounding communities. With the amount of funding limits, Northwestern Energy has struggled with distributing this evenly. Each year, they are allocated a specific amount of money to give to these communities in the form of grants and scholarships.
