    Title
Dose-Response Relationships Of Triethylenemelamine On Visible Chromosome Aberrations In Mouse Bone Marrow
    Type
    thesis
    Abstract
Cytogenetic analysis of mouse bone marrow chromosomes after treatment of the experimental animals with triethylenemelamine (TEM) revealed, an overall increase in the number of chromosome aberrations A dose-response curve for TEM is given and its significance discussed. An unexpected increase in the number of rings as well as a relatively constant value for the aberrations/oell ratio in each of three dosage groups (and control) were observed. Possible mechanisms are given attention.
