dc.description.abstractTetrabutylammonium periodate, synthesized from tetrabutylammonium hydrogensulfate and sodium periodate, is found to produce high geometric quality crystals, upon electrochemical oxidation with tetramethyltetraselenafulvalene These crystals are currently undergoing x-ray diffraction studies to determine the crystal structure, and possibility of superconducting properties.
